Although SCCM does not expect adverse events during Congress, the Society plans for all contingencies. The FAQ offers guidance for international attendees and clarifies rules about the use of bathrooms in the convention center.

Registration Details

Once you arrive at Congress, please obtain your event badge. Registration is available in the West Hall C Lobby of the Orange County Convention Center and the main lobby at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Scan the registration QR code from your pre-event email or enter your SCCM Customer ID or first and last name at a kiosk to check in and print your badge.

  • Friday, February 21: 5:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, February 22: 5:45 a.m. – 6:45 p.m.
  • Sunday, February 23: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Monday, February 24: 5:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 25: 7:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

Hyatt Regency Orlando, Main Lobby

  • 24 hours beginning Thursday, February 20, at 3:00 p.m. through Monday, February 24, at 4:00 p.m.
  • The kiosk will be staffed for support during these hours:
    • Thursday, February 20: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
    • Friday, February 21: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Saturday, February 22: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Education Schedule

Make the most of your Congress experience by planning in advance which sessions to attend. Log in to favorite sessions and create your schedule.

  • To log in, click Login in the upper right and enter the email address and password associated with your SCCM account.
  • To favorite a session, click the star next to it.
  • Locate all your starred sessions by clicking the My Schedule tile on the main screen.
  • Favorited sessions also push over to your MySCCM account during Congress, which expedites the credit-claiming process.

Hotel Shuttles

Shuttles are available for attendees staying at SCCM-contracted hotels more than 0.75 miles from the Orange County Convention Center. If you booked at one of these hotels, you will receive shuttle information at check-in.

Faculty who wish to review their slides can come to the Speaker Ready Room located in W314 at least four hours before their scheduled presentation. The Speaker Ready Room will be open during the following hours:

Post-Event

Claim Credit

  • Log in to MySCCM with your email address and password.
  • Choose My Learning in the gray bar.
  • Scroll down and click the link labeled 2025 Critical Care Congress.
  • Find evaluations and accredited continuing education (ACE) credits and maintenance of certification (MOC) points information and obtain your certificate of attendance.

You must claim ACE credits and MOC points for the live education by February 23, 2026. Pharmacists: Credit for each live session must be claimed by April 24, 2025.

Congress Digital
Access session recordings. Congress Digital will be available by March 27, 2025. You will receive an email alert. To access, once available:

  • Log in to MySCCM with your email address and password.
  • Choose My Learning in the gray bar.
  • Scroll down and click the link labeled 2025 Congress Digital.

Every year SCCM receives reports of unsolicited offers or persons misrepresenting themselves as agents of SCCM. Any such offers are unaffiliated with SCCM and may be fraudulent. Participating in scam transactions can result in identity theft, lack of valid event registration, absence of booked hotel accommodations, and more. Learn more.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations for the 2025 Critical Care Congress must be submitted in writing and are subject to a $100 nonrefundable processing fee. Cancellations for the event must be postmarked before January 15, 2025. Cancellations postmarked after this date will not be refunded. Please allow four weeks to process refunds.
