Although SCCM does not expect adverse events during Congress, the Society plans for all contingencies. The FAQ offers guidance for civil disruptions and government actions.

General Information

Registration Details

Before arriving at your course, please obtain your event badge. Registration is available in the West Center Lobby of the McCormick Place® West Building or the main lobbies at the Marriott Marquis Chicago and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicago.

Scan the registration QR code from your pre-event email or enter your SCCM Customer ID or first and last name at a kiosk to check in and print your badge.

Registration Hours

Registration is on the third floor in the West Center Lobby and will be open during the following hours:

  • Friday, March 20: 6:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 21: 6:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.

A registration kiosk will also be available in the Marriott Marquis Chicago and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Chicago main lobbies. It will be available 24 hours a day beginning Thursday, March 19, at 3:00 p.m. through Monday, March 23, at 3:00 p.m. The kiosks will be staffed for support during these hours:

  • Thursday, March 19: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday, March 20: 6:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 21: 6:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.

McCormick Place® West Building is easily accessible by multiple forms of public transportation and has dedicated parking for those driving. View parking details and public transportation options. For those using rideshare or taxi services, a dedicated pick-up and drop-off zone is located on the first floor at gate 40.

Your skills event is for hands-on learning with experts. Learners are presumed to have reviewed all online course presentations before the in-person event.

Your registration includes access to a pretest designed to help you determine your knowledge before the course. Once the course has begun, the pretest will no longer be accessible.
