The course includes:
Gain valuable insights and tools on topics including mentorship, leadership, and workplace relationships that are specific to practitioners in critical care. View presentations online ahead of the live course, then join members of SCCM’s Leadership, Empowerment, and Development (LEAD) Committee in person to engage in interactive experiences, presentations, and small-group exercises.
Subject matter experts will share their personal journeys related to serving as volunteers and leaders within SCCM and offer perspectives on personal and professional career pathways going from early career to mid-career and later. Complete the day with a networking social event for attendees and faculty.
This course is offered as a Critical Care Congress precourse. Attend in conjunction with Congress and save. A la carte registration is also available.
