Site Maintenance October 29 – November 5
SCCM is currently performing major updates to its digital infrastructure to better serve members. Any website that requires an SCCM Customer ID and password to log in is currently unavailable until November 5, 2024. SCCM Customer Service and staff have limited capabilities, and response times will be longer during this time.
The Master of Critical Care Medicine (MCCM) designation honors members who have distinguished themselves by achieving national and international professional prominence by virtue of personal character, leadership, eminence in clinical practice, outstanding contributions to research and education in critical care medicine, or years of exemplary service to SCCM, ACCM, and the field of critical care medicine in its broadest sense.
MCCMs are current FCCMs who are nominated by a fellow in good standing.
Nominations open Winter 2024.
Questions related to the nomination process may be directed to Organizational Affairs.
Masters of ACCM are authorized to use the designation MCCM in connection with their professional activities, as long as their SCCM membership remains current and they remain an SCCM member in good standing. The MCCM will receive a certificate from the College. MCCMs enjoy the same privileges as FCCMs if they remain in good standing with ACCM.
