Michael Cheatham, MD, FCCM, director of the surgical intensive care units at Orlando Regional Trauma Center in Florida, discusses his latest paper titled, “Is the Evolving Management of Intra-Abdominal Hypertension and Abdominal Compartment Syndrome Improving Survival,” published in the February 2010 issue of Critical Care Medicine. Cheatham is a world-renowned expert on intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) and abdominal compartment syndrome. This is his second visit to the iCritical Care Podcasts.
