Showcase your organization’s expertise at Congress with an Industry Education Workshop (IEW) presentation in a theater located in Connections Central. These nonaccredited continuing education sessions allow you to engage healthcare specialists with clinically focused content in a high-traffic, professional setting. IEWs are ideal for product demonstrations and clinical discussions, and can be accessed by all Congress attendees.
Sessions are also recorded and made available after Congress through SCCM Stream, extending the value of your workshop beyond the live meeting. Food and beverage may be ordered for any time slot to boost attendance (sponsor is responsible for coordination and fees).
Boost your event through these packages or a custom package developed in partnership with SCCM industry relations staff.
IEWs are recorded as a PPT presentation with voiceover; video recording is not included. Recorded sessions are featured in SCCM Stream from May 1 through July 31. SCCM will send one email highlighting all recorded IEWs from the meeting.
Sponsors may purchase additional promotional packages to extend the reach of their session, including extended SCCM Stream placement, front-page features, and dedicated email promotion.
If you do not want the IEW to be recorded or posted in SCCM Stream, or if you require review of the recording before posting, please indicate this in your application.
All times subject to change based on program schedule. Choose your preferred times/dates when you apply.
