Industry Insights provide a dedicated setting to engage the multiprofessional Congress audience through expert-led education, clinical discussion, and practical application.
Held in conjunction with the 2027 Critical Care Congress in San Diego, California, Industry Insights offer the flexibility to manage your own program or partner with SCCM for full-service program development, promotion, and execution.
Basic Package ‒ Starts at $40,000
Basic Package opportunities start at $40,000 for headquarters hotel location. San Diego Convention Center locations are available for a negotiated fee.
This package empowers industry partners to independently design and deliver an educational program while gaining access to the Critical Care Congress audience.

The sponsor is responsible for program development, faculty management, audiovisual arrangements, food and beverage, registration, promotion beyond the included listing, and all associated expenses.
Basic Package sponsors may purchase additional advertising and promotional opportunities, based on availability.
Full-Service Package ‒ $100,000
The Full-Service Package offers a turnkey solution for program development and execution, managed in partnership with SCCM. This opportunity unlocks premium locations at the San Diego Convention Center.

Food and beverage expenses exceeding the $6,000 package allowance, specialized audiovisual requests, and other custom program requirements may result in additional fees.
Industry Insights are sponsor-supported, nonaccredited educational programs. All proposed topics, descriptions, learning objectives, formats, and faculty are subject to advance SCCM review and approval.

Approval of an application is not guaranteed. Program planning may formally begin after the educational proposal has been approved and the sponsorship agreement has been fully executed.
Industry Insights sessions may be recorded as presentation slides with synchronized audio. Video recording of the faculty is not available.
Additional options to extend or promote recorded content are available.
Sponsors may identify preferred dates and times in the application. Assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Basic Package provides meeting space only. The sponsor manages the program, faculty, logistics, registration, audiovisual services, food and beverage, and promotion.
The Full-Service Package provides end-to-end program management in partnership with SCCM, including faculty coordination, logistics, registration, food and beverage, recording, lead retrieval, evaluation, and a comprehensive advertising package.
Yes. Programs may be held at the headquarters hotel or the San Diego Convention Center, based on availability. The Basic Package starts at $40,000, but additional convention center rental, audiovisual, labor, food and beverage, service fees, and premium placement fees may apply.
Food and beverages are not included in the Basic Package. Basic Package sponsors are responsible for ordering, coordinating, and paying for all food and beverages.
The Full-Service Package includes SCCM coordination and up to $6,000 in food and beverage expenses. Costs exceeding the allowance will be billed separately.
The Full-Service Package includes a postcard mailing, headquarters hotel door drop, email feature, third-party registration site, and on-site promotional signage.
Yes. Lead retrieval may be used to capture attendee information. Full-Service Package sponsors receive coordination support. Basic Package sponsors are responsible for securing and managing their own lead retrieval equipment and services.
No. Industry Insights are nonaccredited and do not provide accreditated continuing education (ACE) credit. All content must still undergo SCCM’s educational review and approval process. ACE programming options are available at Congress, but are not administered through the Industry Insights program.
Basic Package sponsors select, invite, and manage their faculty and cover all associated costs.
For Full-Service Package programs, SCCM manages faculty invitations, onboarding, requirements, presentation deadlines, and standard honoraria and travel coordination within the agreed program scope.
Room preferences are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
At the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, the available rooms are the Sapphire Ballrooms GH and KL. These ballrooms are 3300 square feet, can accommodate approximately 200 people, and have a setting with banquet rounds of 10. 
At the San Diego Convention Center, the available rooms are Room 31 and Room 33. These rooms are approximately 5000 square feet and can accommodate up to 413 people in a theater style setting.
