The Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) has funding available to provide financial support for all types of critical care training for organizations in developing or impoverished nations and in underserved areas of the United States. Qualified applicants may receive SCCM funding support to pay for any training-related expenses including course licenses, textbooks, and eBooks, as well as associated shipping costs.

Applications must be received at least 90 days before the course starts.

  • Applications will be reviewed and recipients notified within 45 days of submission.
  • ​Other funding opportunities may be available if your site does not meet the criteria. 
     

Free Fundamentals Training 

SCCM financial awards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of 10 training programs will be funded per fiscal year (October 1 through September 30). If all financial awards for a fiscal year have been distributed, a site may reapply for the next award cycle. A site may receive an SCCM financial award only once.
