Registrants may be eligible for refunds of activities at SCCM’s discretion. If you have not accessed the activity’s materials, have not completed a significant portion of the activity, and/or the content does not meet your needs, you may be eligible for a refund. A registrant’s cancellation of an in-person activity may incur a fee, at SCCM’s discretion. To reschedule an in-person activity, please contact SCCM Customer Service at least 30 days before the activity. If SCCM cannot hold an activity as intended, SCCM shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or fees related to cancellation of travel and attendance associated with the event.

Claiming Credit
You can access the pretest, course materials, and posttest; complete your evaluation; and claim your ACE credit by logging in to your MySCCM account with your SCCM Customer ID and password, then clicking on the icon for the course you are enrolled in under the MyLearning tab. If needed, you can click Forgot My Password to reset your secure password.
Credit Hours
Pharmacists: The Society of Critical Care Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This live educational activity provides up to 3.75 contact hours of continuing education credit.
SCCM Grievance Procedures Policy
To provide due process in the evaluation and mediation of grievances concerning ACE activities, this Grievance Procedures Policy was developed. Grievances may concern, but are not limited to, the awarding of credit for individual participation and/or registration fees issues.
