Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II Score as a Predictor of Hospital Mortality in Patients of Coronavirus Disease 2019

In this article, APACHE II score was identified to be an effective clinical tool to predict mortality in COVID-19 patients compared with SOFA score and CURB65 score.
Future research is needed to explore whether the application of APACHE II score in patients with COVID-19 could reduce mortality and improve patient outcomes.
