Sightseeing

Orlando offers a wide variety of unique experiences for all!

Many nearby venues take part in the Show Your Badge and Save program which provides discounts and special offers at restaurants and other attractions close to the convention center. All you do is show your Congress badge at participating locations and save.

You can also stop by the Guest Service Desk in the Orange County Convention Center’s West Hall C on Sunday, February 23, and Monday, February 24, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for help with dining reservations, directions, and other destination and attraction information.

Hotel Accommodations

The deadline has passed to make reservations in SCCM-reserved room blocks. If you need to modify your existing reservation, please contact the hotel directly.

If you have not secured a hotel reservation, search for hotel availability via SCCM's trusted partner, aRes Travel.

aRes Travel is a third-party travel planner. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. Questions on hotel policies or payments made on aRes website should be directed to the aRes Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.

The Congress Opening Session begins on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Please keep this in mind when making hotel and travel arrangements.

The shuttle will depart from each of the 5 hotels listed above every 10 minutes between the following times:
  • Sunday, February 23: 7:00 a.m. ‒ 9:00 a.m.
  • Monday, February 24: 5:45 a.m. ‒ 7:45 a.m.
  • Tuesday, February 25: 6:45 a.m. ‒ 7:45 a.m.
Departure Schedule
The shuttle will depart from the Orange County Convention Center Hall D Lobby every 10 minutes to each of the 5 hotels listed above between the following times:

Taxi Service

Taxi service is available from Orlando International Airport to all Congress hotels through the taxi dispatchers outside baggage claim. One-way fares during non-rush-hour periods start at $40. Fare is by meter only. Most major credit cards are accepted. More information.

Childcare Services

SCCM will offer childcare services during the 2025 Critical Care Congress. Children aged 6 months to 12 years are eligible for childcare at the Hyatt Regency Orlando on a first-come, first-served basis by prior registration. Space is limited. You must be registered for Congress to sign up. SCCM subsidizes this cost for families. The fee is $15 per hour.
