Pre- and Post-Congress Educational Sessions and Additional Ticketed Sessions
Registration for pre- and post-Congress educational sessions, the Educational Leadership Luncheon, and the Advanced Practice Provider Networking Luncheon can be done in conjunction with your Congress registration.

If you are already registered for Congress and would like to add a ticketed session, please modify your existing Congress registration. To modify your registration, log in to your account in the SCCM store. Once logged in, select "All Events." Select the "Details" button from the Congress line item. Once on the Congress event page, select "Edit Registration." Select the items you would like to attend and then "Add to Cart." Follow the prompts to complete your transaction.

If you wish to attend a pre- and/or postcourse and not attend Congress, please visit the SCCM store and search by the course title to register.

Volunteer Opportunities
Students and residents not yet committed to critical care are eligible to volunteer during Congress and receive complimentary registration. Volunteers must work one six to eight hour shift between February 14 and 19, 2020. Complimentary registration does not include any sessions that require an additional fee. Sign-up online.

Spouse/Guest Exhibit Hall Admission
Spouses/guests are welcome to explore the Exhibit Hall. Please check in at the registration desk to obtain a visitor badge. Spouses/guests are not permitted to attend any educational sessions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $75 nonrefundable processing fee and must be postmarked before January 22, 2020, to be eligible for a refund. Any cancellation postmarked after this date will not be refunded. Exchanges and substitutions are not allowed at any time. Dates for the 49th Critical Care Congress are subject to change and/or cancellation. In the event of a change/cancellation, only individual registration fees will be reimbursed. Please allow four weeks to process refunds.
Take advantage of discounted Congress hotel rates by making your reservation through the SCCM Housing Bureau. The deadline for booking at the discounted SCCM rates is Friday, February 2, 2018.

Room reservations for all Congress hotels will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. All reservations are subject to availability. Taxi Service
Taxi service is available from Orlando International Airport (airport code MCO) to all Congress hotels through the taxi dispatchers outside the baggage claim area. Travel Regulation for International Visitors
Travelers to the United States from Visa Waiver Program countries must go to the Electronic System for Travel Authorization website and complete an application before entering the country by air or sea. If approved, the authorization is valid for two years and can be renewed. Travelers no longer need to complete an I-94W form before each trip into the United States.
