Gain valuable insights and tools on topics including mentorship, leadership, and workplace relationships that are specific to practitioners in critical care. View presentations online ahead of the live course then join members of SCCM’s Leadership, Empowerment, and Development (LEAD) Committee in person to engage in flipped classroom experiences, presentations, and small-group exercises. Subject matter experts will share their personal journeys related to serving as volunteers and leaders within SCCM and offer perspectives on personal and professional career pathways going from early career to mid-career and later. Complete the day with a networking social event for attendees and faculty.

This course is offered as a Critical Care Congress precourse. Attend in conjunction with Congress and save. A la carte registration is also available.

Registrants may be eligible for refunds of activities at SCCM’s discretion. If you have not accessed the activity’s materials, have not completed a significant portion of the activity, and/or the content does not meet your needs, you may be eligible for a refund. A registrant’s cancellation of an in-person activity may incur a fee, at SCCM’s discretion. To reschedule an in-person activity, please contact SCCM Customer Service at least 30 days before the activity. If SCCM cannot hold an activity as intended, SCCM shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or fees related to cancellation of travel and attendance associated with the event.
