SCCM's New Headquarters: A Milestone

The Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) is housed in a new headquarters facility to accommodate SCCM's continued growth and to stabilize future operations. The new state-of-the-art facility is located at 500 Midway Drive in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and is in close proximity to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, which provides convenient access to and from the new building. "The Society's new headquarters permits staff to better serve our members," said David J. Martin, CAE, chief executive officer and executive vice-president of the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM). "This innovative facility will prove to be a viable operations hub for many years into the future." Purchasing and operating a facility marks a significant milestone in the Society's growth and is a tribute to the financial stability and strength of the Society's organization and the critical care profession.
